As a result of exploitation, 10,000 users data has been compromised.
GameReplays.org Company owners have begun investigating the incident, which resulted in compromised credentials were 10,000 users of the resource.
Recall that 28 and 29 May this year an attacker hiding under the name EcecusHxc, published a 10,000 user credentials GameReplays, which have been compromised as a result of exploitation.
Hacked database contains email addresses and passwords, as well as secondary keys to encrypt passwords to prevent them breaking.
As said co-owner and CEO John GameReplays Lemaitre (Jon LeMaitre), a hacker who identified himself as a party group Anonymous, said of the site on Sunday, May 27, that discovered the vulnerability of the system resources and is willing to share information about it for the appropriate fee.
The hacker sent a message in Spanish, to which he was not able to respond in time. After 24 hours of receipt of the letter Lemaitre, an attacker who claims that “in good faith administration warned the site of a vulnerability,” compromised the data 10 000 users of the resource.
Lemaitre said that to date the site development team is looking for and eliminating vulnerabilities. He also said that immediately after the restoration of system security administration of the resource users to send out new passwords to their accounts.
