Cisco announced a beta version of the updated service WebEx, a platform for multimedia communication and collaboration, and free access to it. The beta version of the WebEx features include file sharing, the organization of HD-video conferencing, instant messaging, as well as the status display function access subscribers, manage contact information, records of meetings and other common features of social communications. Among the important new features include support for Cisco WebEx managing the entire cycle of meetings. Now all kinds of communications gathered around the members of virtual meetings, allowing them to concentrate on subject matter and related documents, not the technology. The new platform offers Cisco WebEx meetings for each series of separate social web portal, which is used to store records of negotiations, the documents images, videos, magazines, debates, including in the forums and through other forms of communication. Cisco WebEx solution can also be integrated with corporate security.
