You can work with Google Chrome browser to work, come home and continue with the same open tabs. And yet, going to an internet cafe in a foreign country where you installed Chrome, you can return to the usual working environment by simply typing a user name and password of your Google Account in your browser. It is set up.

Type in the address bar:

Chrome : / / flags /

Scroll down until you find the option Enable syncing open tabs and activate it. Then restart Google Chrome. Then go to options in the Personal Options section and select Customize under Sync Settings. Now, your tabs will open automatically when you open them on another computer.

Remember that you must be the latest build of Chrome (better go to the Canary build) and browsers should be in the same Google-account.
